Customer Assurance Program

  • This Assurance program is offered at zero cost for our all registered customers against their order.
  • Customer Assurance Program protects customers against any damage/loss during the processing of item due to human error.
  • KLiNCO Offers up to 10 times of order value of item or 1500/- whichever is least as a compensation in case of any damage or loss of article due to human error.
  • Order value of item refers to the processing cost for the item after discount as per the KLiNCO’s Invoice.
  • We do free re-processing in case of processing quality issue.
  • Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery. All damages, loss or quality issue must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. Any complaint received after 24 hrs of delivery will be null and void. It will not be covered under this program.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Court in Bangalore only.

Terms & Conditions

  • Organic washing deliveries will be made on Next Day.
  • Organic Dry-Cleaning deliveries will be done on 2nd Day.
  • Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times. The customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in the charges for such cases.
  • The prices mentioned in the Rate Card are indicative and minimal. It may vary based on garment complexity.
  • The tariff on all designer wear will be decided and communicated to customer on a case to case basis, after examination by the expert at the processing unit.
  • GST will be charged extra on the prices mentioned as per the Govt. Rules.
  • Express/Urgent delivery of garments will be charged Extra [12hrs- 50%, 4hrs- 100%].
  • For Free Pick up & Delivery, the order value should be more than 499/-.
  • Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for loosing buttons, hooks / fastness / running of colour/shrinkage/damage to embellishments/embroidery work on the garments during the process.
  • Every effort is made to remove stains, but KLiNCO, will not be responsible for stubborn andnun-removable stains.
  • All garments are processed based on the instructions mentioned on garment care tag/label. In case of missing care tag/label, standard cleaning/washing methods are used based on customers’ suggestion and our expert’s recommendations / suggestions.
  • KLiNCO follows ‘’NO CLAIM Policy’’. All articles are accepted at customers’ risk.
  • We shall not be held responsible for damage to the garments that can’t with stand the standard cleaning process.
  • We shall also not be held responsible for damages caused to the garments during processing, which is exposed to continuous sunlight / age of garment / quality of fabric.
  • Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
  • We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.beyond conduct or any other similar unforeseen causes.
  • Cleaning of garments is done by best possible ways by our trained staff. Perchloroethylene,which is an harmful chemical is not used in any of our services.
  • KLiNCO reserves the rights to refuse cleaning of any garment.
  • We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes.
  • Our prices may vary from store to store and city to city.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore only.
  • KLiNCO reserves all the rights to Cancel/Modify/Change the Terms & Conditions at any point of time without any intimation/prior notice.
